Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
In most cases, yes. The website must be WordPress-based, and we may carry out an initial audit before undertaking ongoing maintenance or support.
Do I need to host my website with you?
Not necessarily. We can provide website maintenance and support for WordPress websites hosted elsewhere, although some hosting-related issues may need to be handled by your existing provider.
Can I just contact you when I need something changed?
Yes. There is no requirement to have a Care Plan. Ad-hoc support and website changes can be requested whenever needed and are charged at our standard hourly rate.
What if I don't know what is causing the problem?
That’s fine. You don’t need to diagnose the issue yourself. Tell us what you’re experiencing and we can investigate the cause.
How quickly can you respond to a support request?
We’ll always aim to respond as quickly as possible. Care Plan customers receive priority support, while ad-hoc requests are handled based on current availability.
Would a Care Plan be better value for me?
If you regularly need maintenance, updates, SEO, content changes or technical support, a Care Plan will provide better value than paying the standard hourly rate each time.
